3. 运输包装要求 PACKING REQUIREMENT FOR TRANSPORTATION
如果甲方在收货时发现乙方的货物表面状况（包括外包装）不良，甲方有权拒绝接收货物。如果乙方不能在甲方要求的时间内对货物及其包装进行改良，甲方有权停止为乙方出运货物。由于甲方原因未能在乙方指定时间内将货物安排出港，乙方有权向甲方提出损失索赔。
If party A, at the time of acceptance of cargo, discover the bad condition of cargo surface, including packaging, have the title to refuse to accept the same. If party B fail to effect improvement or making good on its package within the time required by Party A which shall have the right to stop shipment of goods for Party B. Where due to the reason of party A, fail to arrange the cargo leave airport within the time specified by party B which is entitle to claim for loss and compensation to Party A.
行李包装：托运行李必须包装完善、锁扣完好、捆扎牢固，并能承受一定压力。对包装不符合运输条件的行李，承运人可拒绝收运。 Baggage Packing: The checked baggage must be packed perfectly, well locked, tied up solidly and able to withstand pressure to a reasonable extent. Air carriers may refuse to accept carriage of the baggage which does not conform with the packing requirements and the conditions of carriage.
托运方必须按照国家主管机关规定的标准包装；没有统一规定包装标准的，应根据保证货物运输安全的原则进行包装，否则承运方有权拒绝承运。
The shipper shall provide standard package as per the national standards. For the non-standard package, the shipper shall pack the goods by guaranteeing the safety of the goods. Otherwise the carrier has the right to refuse to transport.

本合同中约定的货物必须按照国家有关规定标准包装，由甲方负责包装，没有规定的，应以保证货物运输安全的原则进行包装。
The cargo stipulated herein should be packaged in accordance with the relevant State’s regulations, and Party A is responsible for the packaging. In the absence of such provisions, the cargo shall be packaged on the principle of ensuring safe cargo transportation.
4. 运输方式、办理流程和所需的文件
MODE OF TRANSPORTATION, HANDLING PROCESS AND REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
乙方委托甲方，由甲方代理乙方办理______地区的国际航线的航空货物国际运输业务。
Party B entrusts Party A, and Party A will act on behalf of Party B to handle international air cargo transportation services on international routes in ______.
乙方对个案的航空货物国际运输业务的委托，必须依照本协议第二条的规定单独签发委托书。
Party B must issue a separate LETTER OF ENTRUSTMENT in accordance with the provisions of Article 2 of hereof for the entrustment of the international air cargo transportation business of the individual case.
乙方须在合同签署后2个工作日内以书面形式一次性通知甲方转关、清关所需的所有文件种类、文件数量、文件要求和文件提交时间，乙方确保所要求的文件能够顺利完成货物转关和进口清关工作。甲方根据乙方的要求按时提供转关、清关所需文件。
Party B should, within 2 working days after signing the contract, notify Party A in writing of all types, number, requirements and submission time of document which required for customs transit and customs clearance, in addition to ensure that the required documents can be Smoothly complete cargo transit and import customs clearance. Party A shall provide the required documents for customs transit and customs clearance on time pursuant to Party B's requirements.
运输文件的确定 Confirmation of transport documents
乙方开始内陆运输时，要求每个运输工具应携带一套装货单，装货单上注明运输工具牌照号、货物名称、件数及必要的货物描述并对运输工具上的货物拍照记录，如有货物损坏情况，请拍照记录并在装货单上注明照片号。
When Party B starts inland transportation, each transportation vehicle is required to carry a set of loading list, indicating the transportation license number, cargo name, number of parts and necessary cargo description, and take photos of the goods on the transportation vehicle. If any cargo damage occur, take a photo record and indicate the photo number on the loading list.
乙方对甲方提供的全套单证在2个工作日内完成审核整理，使之符合报关报检要求。如内容有遗漏，乙方应立刻通知甲方并向甲方索取所需资料信息；乙方在核对资料无误后应及时安排操作货物清关和转运 。
Party B shall examine the whole set of documents which provided by Party A immediately and prepare it to meet the requirements of customs declaring and inspection application within 2 working days. Should there be any missing, Party B shall immediately remind Party A and collect the relevant information from Party A. Party B shall arrange customs clearance and transshipment of the goods in time after checking the documents.
5. 货物装卸与交接GOODS LOADING, UNLOADING AND HANDOVER
双方同意根据实际需要配备人员设备，保证货物交接顺利进行，乙方负责将出港货物送到甲方货运站，提交海关报关放行的航空货运单和货物交接清单。
The Parties agree to arrange manpower and equipment according to actual needs to ensure cargo hand-over smoothly. Party B is responsible for transporting cargo to Party A and submitting the customs cleared AWB and the Delivery List (D/L).
乙方必须把加盖公章的托运单交于甲方确定委托关系，甲方开具货运分单为结算凭证。如乙方对甲方运单金额有异议请在分单传真后24小时内提出，否则视为确认。
To nail down the clientage, Party B must submit the consignation ticket with cachet on it to party A. and then party A will issue a corresponding freight sub-ticket to party B. If party B does not agree to the price of freight, party B must put it forward to party A within 24 hours, otherwise the price of freight will be regarded as confirmed by both parties.
乙方应在其海关监管仓库配备必需的装卸设备和人力，以保证货物在运达后及时完成卸货工作。
Party B should arrange enough equipments and manpower to guarantee that breakdown is done timely after goods arrive at Party B’s Customs bonded warehouse.
货物运抵目的地现场后，乙方和收货人出具联合检验报告（以货物签收单形式体现）。如有货损货差，请公证行出货物保险勘察报告。全部货物到货后，乙方必须提交甲方货物的交接报告（乙方和收货人共同签署）作为项目全部完成的依据。
Party B and the consignee shall, upon arriving at the destination site, issue a joint inspection report (in the form of goods receipt form). Provided that if any damage or loss of cargo found, the cargo insurance survey report should be issued by the notary office. Party B should, subsequence to submit the delivery report of Party A’s cargo (signed by both Party B and the consignee) as the basis for the completion of the project.
进入乙方仓库的进港货物，乙方应严格按照航空货运单上列明的收货人，及时通知收货人提取；乙方不得以任何理由积压货物并以此向收货人收取不正当费用，由此引起的一切后果由乙方承担。
For the inbound goods arrived at Party B’s warehouse, Party B should timely inform the consignee to do the pickup strictly according to the name listed as consignee on AWB. Party B cannot make goods overstocked and charge consignees unlawfully by any reasons. Otherwise Party B will be responsible for all consequences.
乙方如发现有甲方错分货物时，乙方应尽快将货物退还甲方仓库，不得以任何理由拖延。
If Party B found any goods mistaken delivered by Party A, Party B should return the goods ASAP and cannot delay with any reason.
由乙方负责打板装箱的货物，必须满足民航安检规定“航班起飞前24小时入库”，否则必须经安检检查方能收货。甲方对货物内容的短缺和损坏及货物受潮后产生的损失不负责任。木质包装至美、加等国的货物需提供熏蒸证明。
The cargo built-up by Party B must be put into the Party A’s warehouse in advance and the regulation, “24 hours prior to departure” issued by the CAAC, will be applicable. Otherwise security check must be done. Party A will not be liable for short in contents, loss and damage arising from damp. If cargo exporting to USA and Canada is packed with wood, Party B should provide the fumigation certificate.
由甲方负责打板装箱的货物，乙方必须遵守第2.7条规定的截止交货时间，甲方按交接清单现场查验，核收航空货运单和货物，乙方负责将货物搬运上安检入口，甲方负责在安检出口处接收，安检过程中发生异常情况的货物或发现不合规格货物有可能使内件短缺或损毁等不正常情况，甲方可以拒收，交乙方处理，若发现货物交接清单与实物不符，由乙方负责更正后交甲方。
Party B should comply with the Cut-off time stipulated in Item 2.7 to hand over the loose cargo to Party A which will be responsible for build-up. Party A should check the AWB and cargo at spot in accordance with the D/L. Party B should move the cargo to X-Ray entrance and Party A receives the cargo at X-Ray exit. Party A has the right to refuse accepting cargo and returning it to Party B in case that Party A find out some irregularities or cargo not being up to standard maybe potentially causes the contents short or damaged in the process of security check. Party B should be liable for modifying all documents and then do redelivery provided that the D/L is inconsistent with physical cargo.
货物装卸与交接Handling and Delivery of Goods
货物装车时，甲乙双方均应在现场清点交接（甲方仅需确认货物外包装完好且装车箱数准确）,如发现数量短缺或外包装破损现象，由甲乙双方当场核实，如乙方仍要求运送该批货物，由乙方在托运单据上注明货物实际情况并由甲乙双方签字确认。
When the goods are loaded, both parties shall check and deliver the goods at site (Party A only needs to make sure that the packages of goods are intact and the number of loading cases is correct). In case that the goods are in shortage or the packages are damaged, both parties shall check out on site. In case that Party B still demands to deliver the goods, Party B shall indicate the actual status of goods on shipping document which shall be signed and confirmed by both parties.
